This is about Design.

I am a husband and father of two, who lives in Atlanta Georgia. I also lead teams that create programs and experiences that redefine what is possible in scaled education.

When not doing those two things, I enjoy creative writing, sport and other fitness pursuits, playing all manner of games with my family, and agonizing over personal bio statements.

I was blessed with access to computers at very young age and my journey from from creating computer games for my classmates in middle school, to databases for the Air Force in my teens, to learning programs for some of the worlds biggest companies, can best be summarized as a passion for bringing human experience to the forefront of our technological advances. Early on in my consulting career I was honored to be awarded leadership and training roles where I could advance the idea that technical business requirements are secondary to the client relationships and the user experiences we were creating.  One day, I looked up and I had spent 15 years as an education leader and experience designer.
